"Our basic program "In the context of property management, we offer a basic package, preferred by most of our clients, which includes the following services:
• Check that all doors and windows are closed properly. • Check that the thermostat or hydrostat is set to the by you requested temperature • Check if there are any visible leaks or defects in water pipes in kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room or on the water heater • Check if the house is visibly infected by insects (ants, rodents, cockroaches etc.) inside and outside • Check if any fuses got turned off due to bad weather and make sure that they are turned back on. • Check if all toilet flushes and faucets are working properly • Check if all refrigerators and freezers are working properly • Check for visible damages to the house walls, windows and screens. • Empty the mailbox on regular basis and collect any newspapers and flyers from the driveway/front lawn • Check if the home was completely cleaned after guests left the home. • Check if the lawn was mowed • Check if the pool is in excellent condition • Check for any signs of vandalism or signs of forced entry into the house • Obtaining offers for small and big repairs needed • Arranging and overseeing of small and big repair projects. • Payment of bills from the account of the home owner or from a special created account for that specific home.
