- Instruction in the lighting of the home
 
- Instruction on how to use kitchen appliances, washer, dryer and TV/Stereo
 
- Reading of electric meter with proper documentation and settlement of charges accumulated by house guest during their stay
 
- Information on closest shopping possibilities
 
- Information of safety regulations
 
- Instruction on how to use pool, spa and heating system  
 
- In addition, we can also provide a Welcome Packet for your guest.
